Our pieces are made to order. Here’s what to expect when you order from Vikandi Collections.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to Germany and selected countries within the European Union. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Made especially for you

Each item is produced after you place your order. Please allow time for production before your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery times

Your total delivery time includes production and shipping. Timing varies depending on the product and delivery destination. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your basket. You can review these costs before completing your purchase.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Orders with multiple items

Items may be produced at different locations and arrive in separate parcels. If this happens, they may have different delivery dates and tracking details.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your parcel is taking longer than expected, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us at vikandicollections@gmail.com with your order number so we can help.

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order is being processed.
