Please check the product description and size guide carefully before ordering. Our clothing, caps and blankets are made to order.

Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your goods. If items from one order arrive separately, this period begins after you receive the last item.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement to vikandicollections@gmail.com or write to the business address below. Including your order number helps us identify your purchase.

Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns, including returns because a selected size does not fit. We do not provide free return labels for these returns.

Please use this return address rather than sending items to a production facility.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in its value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and function.

Refunds

We will reimburse payments due within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using your original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

For withdrawal from an entire order, reimbursement includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for upgraded delivery are not refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for a different size, colour or design. You may return an eligible item under your withdrawal right and place a new order separately.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email vikandicollections@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos are helpful where possible. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover necessary return costs for a confirmed fault or fulfilment error. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Additional returns

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns beyond the statutory withdrawal period.
